W/NW Cheap visual irony

Hilarious.

I love Hong Kong and its people - and I love visiting there, it is so vibrant. The city streets of Kowloon are bedecked everywhere with signs - signs that sometimes inadvertently create humor for English speaking people like me who are addicted to double-entendres. I humbly beseech your forgiveness in advance. :) BTW though this might be characterized as humor, not irony. I do find some of the signs to certainly be ironic.
My favorite (though sadly I do not have a photo for it) was from an earlier trip. The sign read something like "Pong He Perfume Company" for Americans who may not get the reference, the word "pong" is old British and Australian slang for anything having a strong (usually unpleasant) smell.

This first photo captures a "two-for".

"Chun Kee Stationery" always makes me smile (their product must be very difficult to write on)
and
"Chiu Fat Restaurant" always struck me as a poor recommendation for its food.

This sign tells you what most real estate agents promise to their clients:

....................while this one tells you what most real estate agents actually deliver (if they are lucky):
