W/NW - Classic Cars

It was the 5 cylinder, though not the later multi valve from '90-'91. The guy that bought it from me took it up to Loring and ran 136MPH in the speed trials up there. It had over 200,00 miles on it at the time.

This was 2005 in San Francisco. I am not sure of the year of the Ferrari. It was parked beneath the balcony of our room, so the rear engine was easy to photograph.

1989 Audi 200 turbo Quattro Avant. This has to be one of the best cars I ever owned. It just fit me well, was fast and comfortable, yet was practical. I regret selling it, but at the time it was too expensive for me to maintain.

I still want one of these or a 5000 turbo Quattro. I had an automatic VW Quantum wagon with the na version of the 5 cylinder. Loved the way the motor sounded and wish it was never rear ended nearly 20 years ago.

This was from sometime last year, some empty store front also had this Mercedes parked out front. Nearby some other house that had an estate sale had a few more too at the time, not sure what happened to either of them though.
