I'm sure that most of us have done this, taken a photo of something that seems quite innocent or innocuous on the surface, but one that is composed, either by accident or by design, to create a visceral reaction for the viewer that is most often expressed as "disturbing", or perhaps even "creepy".

This is the image of mine that seems to be creating this reaction most often in viewers, please share yours:

Tough topic, but this one may fit. The abandoned shoe, the cigarette butt on the ground below the bench...

This is one of a series of shots at night at my son's wedding in Greece. Low light, slow shutter speed, take what you get. What I got was a very strange profile from one of the young girls dancing. I have no idea what created the grey profile but this shot stays in the back files.
