Trying out the tiny, cheap Nikkor Z 24-50/4-6.3 zoom on Christie.



Her assessment: "It's cheap, it's little, it's weightless, it's plastic, it's slow but it's sharp and it takes great pictures. And who cares about it being slow when the Nikon Z cameras can push the ISO to the sky and still maintain good image quality. I like it."

Christie is very perceptive. To which I will add, if your eyes are old and your vision is dim like mine, it focuses faster and more accurately than I can. What's not to like.
