Very nice, and apropos of my experience, of late.

In Provence, the winter lights are blue. Cold blue, but blue nonetheless.

I have not been to Provence in the winter, but I have been there in mid-March. Yes, the skies were a gorgeous blue; and they were a clear and cloudless blue, so that direct, warm sunlight was available. I have not seen a more beautiful light!
