The super fast Soviet-era Meteor class hydrofoil which maintains a shuttle between Saigon and Vung Tau. The last time we used it, its engines failed
and we had to change hydrofoils in mid-river. Since then, we are taking the bus to Vung Tau.

Star Ferry, Hong Kong. The best 50 cents you can spend anywhere in the world. Some are brightly painted like this one in what was called "dazzle" camouflage in WW2 for obvious reasons. Are Star Ferries worried about u boats I wonder?
