I couldn't stand it anymore. I had to run down to Seaside for Chinese food. I had overdosed on YT Vietnamese food videos so a broth and dumpling and proteins seemed proper. And I got the Wor Won Ton. But I should have been satisfied except that I am addicted to the Szechuan Style Crispy Tofu 香辣豆腐. Didn't know I write Chinese, eh? LOL This time it was the best ever. It is a simple dish, tofu with a coating of corn starch and spices, I am guessing, and then deep fried. They got it perfect this time. I will remember this one a long time. Yes, I tipped well and made a point of thanking the chefs.

The folks at New Asia Garden in Seaside were away for two weeks, and they are back! Mr. Dah beez-uh 大鼻子 had Moo Shoo Pork. Yeah, commonplace but that's what floated up in my feeble brain. Yeah, it was good. These folks punch way above their weight.
