I know I posted this in another thread here. There's one sunbeam illuminating the corner, but I was afraid the rest would be in a muddy shadow. Fortunately there was enough reflected light to make it work.

Nice one, Lynn. You were much closer - the Paradise fire was almost 200 miles from us, but the winds brought the smoke and haze to us for a week or so.

This one for me. It is a big commons in Milford on my way to work. I was so lucky to be there with a camera, I saw fog and clouds but when I stopped there to take pictures, the sun had come out. Took 4 shots, I like this one with the dog being under that sun ray.
