More recently, our son created a FB page Sharing Our Survival whse premise is that sharing stories and images related to one's cancer or the cancer of a loved one can promote healing and survival. This link goes to some of the portraits I've made of his mother since 9/13.

I take a lot of photos of writers, since my career is in the literary world...sometimes for "official" author photos, sometimes for fun. I hung out with some writer friends over the past few weeks and took these...still getting re-used to processing scanned film so forgive me if the contrast and tonality are off/weird...

These are John Cotter and Elisa Gabbert, a fiction writer and a poet respectively...the second pic is Sharma Shields, whose first novel just came out...
