This is the Commons in Ithaca, New York...I took this photo--"made" it really, it's a stitched-up series of R-D1 snaps--to try and reproduce this large format photo on Shorpy from 1901.

Brian, that picture of the Alameda Theatre at night inspired me to go for a walk to photograph my town's Roxy Theatre in the dark using the new Hexar AF camera I bought from Raid. There's no Leaf's hockey on tonight, so I may just soup the film as well. Thanks!

When I had a Hexar AF, I LOVED it for shooting at night. I've got some great (and unscanned) photos from it in Toronto about 10 or 11 years back.
One of the few cameras I've had to give up that I really miss sometimes.
We'll have to see your photos here when you get the negs done!
