Hey Vince, Very nice series of pics. You make the B & W really look great, what were these shot with and what post processing? I like your super hawk...very cool. K

Thanks for the feedback! Everything shot with my Monochrom, 50/1 Noctilux wide open (mostly), PhotoShop RAW and some very very light Silver Efex Pro 2. I find it all too easy to play with the 'Structure' sliders too much in SEP2, but I've learned to tread very softly with them now. I don't want to take a nicely recorded image and transform it into something that it really shouldn't be.

The trickiest thing about that camera kit was carrying it in my shoulder bag on my bike -- kinda felt like I was leaning a bit to one side!

Great section of the state to be riding around.
What is the deck of cards for at the sign-in table?

At the halfway point of the ride, each participant picks up a poker chip (I guess to verify that they did the ride). Upon returning from the ride, you turn in your chip, then you pick 5 cards. The best 'hands' won various prizes -- quarts of oil, spray cleaners, t-shirts etc.

I got a pair of 7's, ace high. No prize.
