So that's what a naked Honda Dream looks like!
Victor, the first bike that i really wanted as a 15 year old was a Honda CB350. I loved that bike. My father decided that it was too big for a first bike (he had a BMW 250 with a sidecar as a young man) so I got the 175 twin instead.

Almost bought two of these Heinkels and had plans to do weekend tours through Germany, Belgium and Nothern France. And put it on a train to Spain or Italy to do some 3 week vacations.
Now I have plans to buy a Vespa and go coast to coast with a camera (Rolleiflex) and recorder and document the trip and people I meet.

When I had hair, some 20 years ago. Shot just outside Skagway, Alaska. Part of an 11,000 mile solo North American trip that started in Toronto.
The bike is an '81 Honda CB900f that was heavily tricked out, and I had the crazy idea of bolting a Velorex 562 sidecar on it....my mechanic likened it to a Ferrari pulling a trailer.
A beauty shot of it that ran in Cycle Canada Magazine in June '89.

A picture-perfect day for a ride over the weekend. The 20th Annual Thurmont, Maryland Nostalgia Run attracted about 200 bikes - including us!
Every kind of bike was there - from 1930's Nortons, to /2 Beemers, to ape-hangered Harleys, to the latest Ninja, and everything in between.
We chose the longer (80 mile) route through the rolling hills of Frederick County, and all the bikes ran great. Looking forward to next year!
Our little gang: Me on the SuperHawk, John on the '49 Indian, Scott on his CB500, and Andrew on Scott's CX500.
