I ran into a group of photographers outside the Shwedagon Pagoda....they were photographing a bus stop where many local people were waiting for a bus.....many of the people saw the photographers and turned their backs (they obviously did not want to be photographed)....to my surprise, the photographers continued to photograph the people.....I said something funny in Burmese and many of the people laughed....one of the photographers looked at me funny, so I decided to take a couple of photos of them..
this photographer was in "stealth mode", she was across the street shooting at a distance....

Someone photographing people with a long lens is an automatic trigger for me. I just have to start photographing them for their response, usually one of discomfort.
