Ricoh R1 (Panorama mode), Kodak Ultra Max 400 (expired 2019). Unfortunately, can't remember if this was the normal 30mm panorama mode, or the extra wide 24mm mode. Either way, it's not a true panoramic, since both modes just crop the frame to 12x36mm.

Panasonic S series cameras have the xPans 65:24 aspect ratio as an option. On the S1r pics have just under 26 megapixels in that ar, or a little over 100 megapixels in the high res. multi-shot mode when cropped to 65:24. The panny won't let you shoot 65:24 in high resolution but you can frame in 65:24 then switch to high res. multi-shot to get the data and crop it latter.
