I just posted this over at Flickr. It's an old image I never posted before due to its excessive softness (I guess I just plain blew the focus). But yesterday when I found it again I decided I never the less liked its painterly and impressionistic quality and its composition. So I proceeded to prepare it for posting. All in all, I do not mind the results, though I keep kicking myself and asking how I got it so wrong in the taking of it.
In the context of this RFF thread it struck me that it also imparts a kind of serenity and quietness. I suppose formal afternoon tea has that effect on some people. Besides I have never known tea and scones to lead to rage parties or riots. Or orgies for that matter, though if they did........................ 🙂
