I am working on a series about religion in south Apopka, a local historic negro community. It has given me the opportunity to attend church many times in the last month, sometimes 2-3 per Sunday. I have been warmly received by everyone and continue to make new friends. Exposure is simple: wide open at 1/30th and deal with what is on the negative.

'Comfort Zone' is a project I've been working on on and off for a while now. It seeks to show how people are comforted by religious experience. The project was inspired by my wife's PhD research on healing and belief in nortwest Brazil. Some pics:
