i reacted because eggleston's iconic tricycle shot was taken in memphis.

This thread has been a revelation to me. A couple of hours ago, honestly, I did not know who William Eggleston was. But after seeing many on-line examples of his work, and reviewing the photgraphs that I have taken that I like the most personally, it seems that I have been trying to emulate at least the feel of his stuff all along.

Good Memphis should have a museum to its most important son:D, more than any book I refer back to the guide. It is in fact next to me at this very moment:angel:
 
Not at all familiar with the man's work. From looking at the photos in this thread, I may have been "doing" Eggelston without knowing it. Or am I way off base?
