Survey says ... ... >>DING!<<

Ok, where was this one taken? :)

Wait a second, I answered first, photographically!

That second one, I don't know. Judging by the very small attachment, in a very small room?

You sure love that thing! That's me on the left:

I really don't know why I am so fascinated by that thing, but I am. I was even fascinated by it before the rumor came out that you weren't supposed to photograph it.

I guess I've always been fascinated by round shiny things, I've always loved yard balls, and tree ornaments, and I used to think mercury was the absolute coolest thing around. :)

Oh well ... :)

The Bean was practically the first site I visited in Chicago. I'm not sure why I chose to go there first. I noticed that it has an interesting calming effect on people, allowing them to let their guard down and click, click, click away at themselves.

Keep up those Bean posts.

Actually, that's the avatar-size copy, the only copy I have here on the laptop. If anybody really cares I'll repost it with the full-size one when I get home.

I'll give you a hint: It was within a mile radius of The Bean.

I'll even give you another hint: It was not in the lake (brrrrrr). :)

Hmm, I have no idea. Here's my one and only guess, see if you recognize it (sorry, not a self-portrait):

Wow, that definitely looks familiar, particularly the chandeliers and the sconces behind the bar. I'm sure I've been there, but I can't really place it. At first I thought it might be the one Giordanos looking at the booths, but this looks smaller and the door faces the wrong way. This actually looks more Irish than Italian if I had to guess. Actually, I don't know. :)

The one of me was taken at the Chicago Chop House on Ontario by Clark.

Very good choice among all of the Chicago steakhouses... di you make it to the RedHead next door?

Mine is Miller's Pub on S. Wabash Ave. Nice place to eat, drink a beer. They are famous for their ribs, although I did not try them.
