Well it's French creole from Mauritius, the equivalent of pidgin English in other parts of the world.

I found it at a little bus depot near Port Louis.

The 1st one is info for bus drivers controllers and traffic police concerning the rerouting of bus 29.

The 2nd one warns drivers and controllers not to use ear phones or cell phones while working. If they don't obey the rules, they're told they'll get fined by traffic officers.

Very funny alterations of the French language, for main land Frenchmen. A pleasure to read or listen to.
