Sometime in the 80s, very close together time wise and very similar damage wise, 2 of the angels lost their hands to vandals.

Pretty nifty, Vince, to ride a restored vintage motorcycle! I had a 305 Super Hawk, and that one looks to have been customized/accessorized somewhat. Have fun!

Vince, thanks for the interesting shots... The candy blue-green Honda CB-750 triggers a fond memory, as I bought one (same color) brand new $1575 and rode it for almost 10 years before replacing it with a Yamaha XS Eleven which I kept even longer.

If your CB750 was a '69, you probably would wish you still had it, as the one in the photo is worth about $30,000.

My bike is the one in the Cafe Racer Magazine shot - 1966 CB77 SuperHawk Special. The Honda purists can't stand it!

That's a very cool looking SuperHawk. I had a 305 SuperHawk earlier that I bought as a basket case and rebuilt. Disappointed with the result, I wished for a 450 after borrowing one for a bit and compromised with a new '68 CB350. Much better, I thought but still regretted not getting the solid 450, and redressed the matter with the 750 as soon as I could afford it. Mine was a 1970 model, so I guess I'm spared the anquish of regrets in selling it. We had a lot of adventures during that ~10 years but the '79 Yamaha 1100 was far superior.
