W/NW: Something, anything just post....

So I wanted to shoot some 8x10 Polaroid (Impossible) film. You need an 8x10 Processor and a special 8x10 film holder. That's about 800 bucks. Then film is $200 for 10 sheets. Sheesh! Instead, I took 4 sheets of SX70 film out of their cartridge and taped them together, then taped them inside an 8x10 standard film holder. (All in the dark of course.) After taking this shot, I reloaded them into the cartridge and ran them through the SX-70 in the dark to spread the chemicals.
I underestimated how fragile the chemical pods are on the Impossible SX70 film, and damaged them a bit in the process.

Anyway, here is a poor man's 8x10 (or so) Polaroid (Impossible SX70 Black Frame). About $12.00.

Eastman View No. 1 8x10 Camera.

How cool is that, and creative!
