Taken with a 40yr old 2inch f2 Taylor Hobson Anastigmat lens, on a Voigtlander Bessa R2. No multi-coating, and no flare! The lens looks a bit like a collapsible Leica 50mm Summicron.

I'm having problems with attachments for some reason but the following link will take you to a snap made this weekend. It was taken with a Zeiss ZM 50mm planar. Not much of a shot but the lens performs admirably with the sun in the frame.

The 50 planar really does perform well in the sun. This one on E100GX, in Amherst, MA. For some reason I have to use firefox now to upload attachments, (my) safari's broken. 😕

I've gone to Firefox also, seems to be very stable even with multiple windows open. I used Safari , Explorer, and Netscape. All seem to crash. Firefox doesn't.
