Indeed,
those places are so beautiful that I should have taken tens of rolls with me (I used the RTSIII in that trip). Stupid that I am!
Along the Hana I stopped in various places, including a coconut shack, the sacred pools and the arboretum (home of some famous parrots that are often rented to Hollywood studios).

^^^ Sounds like you kept your lunch down and got all the way around east Maui... After the Seven Pools did you stop at the Palapala Ho‘omau Church (where Charles Lindbergh is buried) in Kipahulu? It used to be that shortly after the church the road deteriorated to a dirt jeep track all the way around to Ulupalakua Ranch Winery above Makena. For our 1981 drive it was now dark with thunderstorms and fairly heavy rain but we were young and foolish and found the road forded a couple of creeks too. Hit a rock flattening the RF tire and bending the wheel of the rental Pontiac. Fun in Paradise! LOL... we eventually made it "home" to Honokowai though.
