Carp streamers suspended over the Ookagawa river to celebrate the Children's Day holiday​

The streamers are made of nylon cloth and are tubular. When the wind blows they fly up and down​

For odd reasons I don't really know and so will not write much more about, I rather quite like this shot, in fact a lot.

The fan I think, gives the image a Zen-like quality. Also the soft lighting. Otherwise, once again I can't really explain why it appeals so much to me. So please don't ask me why...
