Binh Thanh, Saigon. Trash is collected daily at a cost of US$ 1.28/month. At Tet or Lunar New Year, I give them a big tip. The trash collectors are also pickers and sell cans, plastics, paper, fabric, household goods, etc... on the side. The rest is brought to central pick-up points and hauled off to the tip. Cheers, OtL
