Waiting for film to come back

This is my first time sending rolls away.

Sending away 15 rolls +/- but will start on a two month road trip cross the US so won't have time to worry bout it. Then when I arrive home I will arrive to Contact Sheets and scanned files.

As someone said, taking more pictures should help with anticipation.

Just found out I can drop my film off at a top secret location and have it developed for free, bw or color. One day wait.

When I shoot stuff that I shoot all the time, I don't care how long the wait time is since I probably won't be looking at the results in weeks. But if I have just shot with a new process or new style, I am so anxious to see how it turns out. But fortunately the wait time is only about 1-2 days so it's not too bad.

Generally, I shoot digital for trying new style or business work, but film for my personal taste. And I do my lab work for film development and index printing, and waiting for enlarge printing about 5 days, I'm not anxious that much.
