For some reason I thought it cost $11 for 4 rolls (24 exp) , but I just checked their website and it's $6.99.

It actually looks good after scanning...they must know how to process it properly.

Who makes this film? Is $6.99 for 96 exp a good price? If so I may have to stock up on it.

It is most likely Fuji 200.
I love their ASA 400 film, which is a Fuji 400 film.
When on sale, one 24-exp roll sells for $1.0 online.

Walgreens own website often has such a sale. The film suits the fuji frontier machines at many photo finishers.

I bought a bunch of Walgreens 400asa film when it was on sale for $1.00 a roll. It looks good. I had to go to 3 different stores to find any. Apparently there are still alot of film users.

The current Walgreens film, marked from Japan, is most definitely Fuji. I posted some scanned negative strips here a while back to show that.

The thing is, at least in this market, the Walgreens rebranded Fuji film is actually more expensive that the same Fuji branded film at Target'.

Is the price $1 at target for Fuji film?

Ok, the Fuji film at Target.

ISO 200 4+1 pack (3x24 exp) and one bonus at 36 exposure = $6.49 about $1.30/roll
ISO 400 4+1 pack $7.99 about $1.69 / roll

ISO 100 $1.00 / roll only 12 exp

Without having a special, this is not bad. Walgreens without a sale is more expensive.
