First the phone number for Fuji: 1-866-380-3854 ext #3

Second, they asked me my location, so your prices might vary. I'm in Northern California.

Third, I love Walmart, so shut your trap.. They are keeping it alive.

Fourth, I was asking about 6x7.. ie. in 645 an additional reprint size exists 20" x 24"

Process and Sleeve C-41:
120/220: $2.80
Prints.. per print prices at time of dev.:
3"x5": $.05 4"x6": $.08 5x7: $.14
35mm: Not Available Must print at time of dev.

Process and Print for 35mm: Process only not available
24 Exposure C-41: 4x6: $5.28 5x7: $7.88
36 Exposure C-41: 4x6 $5.88 5x7: $8.48

Reprints not at time of dev from 35, or 120/220:
8"x10": $1.96 11"x14": $4.86 16"x20": $11.86 20"x30": $15.86

E-6: Sent out to Duanes

120/220: Process and Sleeve: $5.88
35mm: Process and MUST mount: 24/$5.88 36/$6.88

Your prices may vary slightly depending on location, but it is good to know what services are offered. I didn't ask about traditional B&W since most do it in house. I know that in my area process 120 and 10 prints runs $8.88.

Fuji customer service was very nice. Send in your film and keep them open.

Send Fuji E-6 mailers to Dwayne's

P.O. box 837
Parsons, KS 67357

Thanks for the inclusion of the enlargements. That's great news. I have a ton of 120 & 220 E-6. It will hurt to get ot processed. It won't hurt too much. The film was free.

In Texas the dev. only 120/220 price is $0.84. I hope they don't find out about the other price.

Fuji is doing the MF film. I thought it went to Dwayne's also.

How are you sending the 120/220 at Wal-mart? I talked to the Fuji rep that I saw at Wal-mart one day a couple of months ago and he said not to send MF film to them from Wal-mart, they wouldn't process it and would return it unprocessed.

Put in Walmart's 'send out' envelope. Write special instructions with film type and whatever instructions and there you go. I've put through eight rolls in the last few weeks.

6-8 rolls in the last 4-6 weeks.

Label:

120 C-41 Develop and Sleeve No prints.
Same for 220

6x7 negs. come back cut in pairs.

I just picked up two 120 E6 and they charged me $4.88 each. That is one dollar less than the price quoted this morning, so I'm guessing that many will see cheaper prices. They obviously, charged based on another location.

NO... Or at least I seriously doubt it... Plus MORE INFO

So, walmart will generally process in-house c41 120/220?

First, I doubt seriously if ANY WalMart has in house 120 capability on ANY emulsion.

Second, my calls to Walmart and Fuji are consistent with the original posters Walmart practices and prices. I posted this before in another Walmart thread, but not nearly the detail on prices.

Third.... You make your OWN "SEND OUT ONLY" envelopes. See my attached C41 envelope. E6 is made the same way but the special instructions refer to E6. The envelopes in my case are the normal processing envelopes stuffed in the supply bin of the Fuji kiosk in the photo department.

YES... the $1.80 price is the price I paid for processing a roll of 120 AND 15 3X5 prints shot in my Fuji GA645Zi. Good results.

The last E6 roll I had processed, sleeved and delivered in the envelope in a tube cost me $4.88.

It's possible to make two huge mistakes ( discussed this with Fuji ).

It's a huge mistake to expect ANY knowledgable assistance from Walmart empoyees on Medium Format processing. Nowhere is it done in house. Per Fuji it all goes out to Fuji and the E6 is sent out by Fuji (likely Duanes).

Second big mistake, wasting any time talking to other Walmart staff regarding the lack of information from Walmart photo employees.

Many Walmarts are dropping all In House film processing. That does not mean that this "Send Out Only" process will change. I have been told by two Walmart photo departments that Send Out will become the way all film gets processed at certain Walmarts... even 35mm.

That's today's story.

When specifying 3x5 prints for 120 (i.e., 6x6 negative) do you literally get back 3x5s? Or are they square, and if so, what dimensions? Same question for 4x6 and 5x7. Anybody.

Nothing against the format, but I shoot 6X4.5 on 120. However, I did just measure the prints and they are actually 3.5x5 rather than the 3X5 I specified. So, it looks like they print to the form factor of the film format.

If I were to shoot square, I would probably specify a 4 or 5 inch square print.

I have just called Fuji a second time after getting charged $8.88 for 120 C-41 and ten 3"x5". I also went a round with the poor clerk at my local Walmart. Even the pricing structure given to me does not exist. For example, according to the person that helped me and also upon checking with her manager, there is no longer a process only for 120/220 C-41 and any process and print is charged at $.90 per print. Now, that doesn't quite make sense in that my ten prints and processing were charged out as $8.88 for XP-2 Super. So, I don't know what to say, but I just might start processing my own, or maybe just stay with B&W, which I process at home and digital only for color. Ehhhhh!

Can anyone else who's had Walmart recently do their 120 confirm this? Last time I had a 120 roll developed was 2 months ago and I know prices can go up without any kind of warning.

I dropped a roll of 120 Ektar 100 in the box at my Sam's Club in Houston, TX Tuesday afternoon. Develop only. We will know in 2 weeks.
