I sent-off seven rolls of Kodachrome to Dwayne's on Monday (12/20)...

Going to use the rest for Christmas photos, then bundle it off to to Kansas tout suite...

"Film [kodachrome] that is not in our lab by Noon on December 30 will not be processed."

I guess all that's left is to "get the T-shirt"... 🙁

Wonder if the last Kodachrome lab equipment will be kept intact and stored somewhere, or if it will be scrapped ?

I got through most of my stash. A few rolls won't make it to Dwayne's.
Where were Warren B. and Bill G.? They could have used a few of their zillions to save Kodachrome and make the world a better place. A world with Kodachrome is a better place. I won't get into what I think of the way these folks squander their fortunes.
Merry Christmas!

If someone has undeveloped rolls, they can always be developed as B&W film. Remember, it's originally B&W, and the process is the one that adds the colors to it. Now... don't ask me what developer you'd use or for how long you'd develop it, but the fact remains that this film can be processed at home.
