Was a titanium hood made for Summilux 35/1.4?

I was lucky to find a very nice M6 in titanium finish with matching 35/1.4 Summilux. A surprise find and different from my normal black working-style but like it. Standard 12504 black two-part hood supplied & I already have UVa, yellow, orange & yellow-green Series VII filters to go with it.

Did Leica make a titanium-flavour hood to go with this combination?

To my knowledge, no. Though I can’t speak with 100% certainty.

That's my thought too... except I feel I have seen a photo of a Summicron ASPH produced 5-10 (?) later in titanium with a matching 12504-shaped titanium colour hood. Though 35mm Summicrons usually come with the more effective rectangular diddy-little hoods they seem to wheel out the 12504-style for special editions: black paint versions and so on.

If I could source one, it would be... great / a waste of money / naff / select appropriate complement to this sentence!
