Water into my Rodinal bottle...

Hi!
By accident (jet-lag, sleep deprivation and film dev do not go well together) I poored a bit of water - about half a film dose full - into my Rodinal bottle. :bang:

Do such small amonts H20 effect the shelf life to the point I should dump it? 😕

What's half a film dose ? Testing would be the smart thing to do but if it were me I'd relegate it to 'mess around/ experiment' status. and I'd be getting a new bottle or two.

Rodinal goes off very quickly when diluted - within a few days at most. That's the end of that bottle, sorry.

Although I'd still keep it to experiment with just how long it does take to go off.

Dump it. Chalk it up to experience.

I wouldn't use it. It is too hard to complete a roll of film, too hard to develop it perfectly; don't take the chance of disappointment.

Dump it. It's not worthwhile to try a bad film developer. Buy a new bottle of Rodinal/R09 in Austria.

Can you evaluiate the volume of water added, and the volume of rodinal remaining in the bottle. Or at least, a ratio...
