Sorry, folks, masks are a crock. Unless you are wearing sealed masks, fitted to your face, with filters specifically designed to inhibit the aerosolization of droplets from you, and inhibit the ingress from someone else, it's theatre, pure and simple. OTOH, I have to admit that at one time folks thought the world was flat. :D :D :D YMMV.

But if you want to test it out, go to your local store, buy a vape. Put on a mask, ya know, the kind that are being sold wherever. Fit it the way the instructions are, if there are any, raise the bottom half, toke up on an inhale of vape input, pull down the mask to cover your mouth, make sure you mask is fit per instructions. Now. exhale as if you just sneezed or coughed. Look at the distribution of aerosolized expression. LOL LOL LOL
