Hey folks. I suppose this is the proper forum for this thread, and sorry for not posting this sooner. This week just got out of hand.
Tomorrow, Saturday, the annual Euro Auto Festival with be held on the grounds of the BMW plant here in the Upstate of South Carolina. In the past it has been a really neat opportunity to see and photo some pretty cool cars. For many of us most of the cars are the vehicles of our youth that we either owned or lusted after. If you are along this section of the I-85 it is easy to find. Here is a link to the festival's site.
I plan on being there before lunch. So if you see someone carrying an RD1, then it'll most likely be me.

Thanks Frank. I didn't spend as much time around the Minis as I wanted to. The weather was supposed to be only partly cloudy. However, the partly cloudy all got together and began to rain. These folks all crammed themselves into their BMW trike to avoid the rain.

Hah, hah! The original "Smart Car".
My parents had one of these when I was born.
(My father had to sell his motorcycle with sidecar.)
