I just received the E60 IR cut filter for my Elmarit 21mm Pre-ASPH and noticed there's weird color shift on most of my shots. a slight red tint in the center and green tint toward the corners. Same thing with my 28 Hex, however 35 and 50 are totally fine. Is 6 bit coding gonna fix the problem? or I will have to turn all the wide angle shots to B&W?! :bang:Anyone has similar experiences? (1st picture was taken with Elmarit 21, 2st was 28 Hex.)

Yes, the 6 bit coding will fix the problem. As it stands, your camera does not recognize what focal length is on it, and without the coding, the internal camera processing cannot correct the color shift towards the edges.

I usually have that problem with digital largeformat lenses but its easy to fix. just a simple LCC profile in CaptureOne and done, i dont know why CaptureOne doesnot support leica files to create LCC????
