Weird Development - Sprocket Hole "Shadows"

This is from a roll of Arista Premium 400, developed in HC-110 Dilution H. A lot (maybe all to a varying degree of the images on this roll appear to have "sprocket hole shadows" on the image. You see them running through the middle of this image. Does anyone know what could have caused this?

Could be over-agitation

I've got similar - but closer to edge of film, when I used twirl type tank. This seemed to appear more readily when fixer were past 10 rolls. To be fair I haven't traced it down scientifically and proved reason but now with Paterson tank and different agitation I haven't seen this.

It's definitely possible that I over agitated. I hadn't developed a roll in a while and probably over did it.

The streaks / marks at the top of the frame look like an agitation problem. But the sprocket holes near the middle of the frame look like they could be caused by exposure to a light source.

Since the sprocket holes are showing as a lighter area, that would indicate more density on the negative, which might point toward exposure to a light source. Are you certain that your darkroom is totally dark when you are loading the reels?

imo, it's not bromide drag, surge etc. It looks like, as a previous poster mentioned, some kind of exposure, probably while loading tank. Surge and drag would be adjacent top eh sprockets and not middle of frame.

When I load holders, tanks etc., I let my eyes adjust a bit before pulling film out. One would be surprised what one can see. Although in my experience, unless the light actually hits the film, then it's not something I worry about too much. At least in my darkroom. ymmv

I had smilar sprocket holes effect. In my case new fixer resolve the problem.

The camera was an Nikon N75, but it could also have been when I was loading the reels. Maybe I forgot to place my light seals (aka towels) at the bottom of the door when I loaded the reel. It had been awhile since my last dev, so maybe I forgot to do that. Unfortunately, my dark room is not really completely dark, I try to do everything I can to seal it up though. I must have missed part of that process this time.
