I'm just browsing the ebay when I found out about an IIa with two flash port. Is this a rare camera or an modification had been made to it?

Just a modified Contax IIa black dial.
A Black dial Contax IIa that had a pc type flash outlet added on the top plate.
the black dial originally needed a special Zeiss Contax flash cord to hook up to the flash unit, unlike the later colour dial Contax IIa
