Why anyone would want a F mount is beyond me... every lens would be like using a Noctilux.

The money is in selling lenses. Not to the extent it used to be, but camera makers still expect enthusiast-level bodies to garner system sales.
If the mount accepts other legacy lenses, so much the better, but Fuji isn't going to produce a body just so Voigtlander/Leica/Zeiss can sell their lenses.
