What are the best current used digital camera deals from the past?

I'll put my vote in for the Nikon D300s, and for a compact, the P7700. That fully articulated screen saves on having to get down on the knees for low wide angle shots.

I keep close tabs on my local used camera classifieds. It's an unhealthy habit. All prices are in $Cnd.

Full Frame:
Canon 5D ($500), 5Dmk2 ($900), 6D ($900)
Nikon D700 ($800), D600/610 ($1000)
Sony A7 ($800), A7ii ($1000)

For pure value, the A7ii is a heck of a deal when it shows up. The Nikons seem to hold value better than Canons around here. Every now and then an original 5D grabs my attention, but I don't have any lenses for it, and I don't need *another* system. But if an A7 ever shows up for $500, I might pick that up just to use with my FD lenses.

I don't follow APS-C bodies much, but the S5 Pro and D300s each hold a soft spot in my heart, and when they show up, they are cheap (the Fuji in particular) for what you get.

In the M43 world, all of the 12MP bodies are dirt cheap (<$200), the early 16MP bodies are cheap ($300 for an EM5, $500 for an EM5mk2), and while newer than OP wanted, the GX8 is a freaking steal. I bough a mint GX8 for $800 (about half the MSRP from 2016).
