What are those white stripes?

Well, obviously no one has ever liked anything I have posted since 2006 and to be honest I haven't 'liked' anybody else's posts though I have appreciated many and said so.

There was a time when I would care...but now?

What a disappointment. I was hoping the bars reflected something more meaningful, such as the number of cat photos.

I, too, have been trying to figure this one out.

I'm guessing this feature comes with the software, with no option for the site owner to delete it.

Personally, I see a system like this, that bestows prestige upon certain members for often-questionable reasons, to establish a hierarchy of social class within the forum community.

(I'm not a facebooker, so this process is a bit foreign to me.)

Actually they are orange bars I see now. Is that like a haze on reputation or worse it couldn't be fungus could it? I prefer the aspheric white bars without chromatic aberration. And I'm getting that for no extra charge. Besides if I go into settings and make adjustments and find I only score 1 orange bar that will make me look try-hard, and a failure.

If you mouse-over the bars, a little message pops-up (depending on how many bars you have). It's all a little juvenile I'm afraid. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Let's all give Chris lots of "likes" or "Reputation Power" or whatever, because cats are cool and Sneaky is the coolest. And no telling what Sneaky will do if he feels dissed.

Okay, I think I can get behind this!

Please. Don't provoke my masters. They can get grumpy if they are offended.....not good for us servants . Now, I have to go now....time for my master's daily snuggle session. I can't be late!:eek:
