Question: What are the registers of IL-RFs other than LTM and Argus C3?
I have nondestructively adapted a C3 Tele-Sandmar 100 lens to my Pentax PK-mount SLRs without difficult. C3 register seems to be about 35mm while PK is about 45.5mm. How to adapt? Cut a hole in a PK body cap and glue the lens' knurled rear ring in place, for infinity focus. This puts the lens base about 10-11mm closer to the frame and equalizes the registers. I think I could push a lens about 5-7mm further into the SLR body without fouling the swinging mirror.
I'm looking for other lenses to adapt. I'm not familiar with interchangeable RF lens mounts other than LTM (28.8mm) and C3 (~35mm). Are there any RF systems with registers in the 30-45mm range? Thanks!
