Ben, I really like the FredMiranda.com site. There is a panoply of good shooters in many venues there. I think that the best thing about it is that I can see a huge variety of techniques and subject matter all in one site. There is a big benefit to that, as I can pick and choose images for inspiration and learning.

Not a big website, but I like this one the best: http://staff.bath.ac.uk/bssjrb/Photographic/galleries.htm. He gives me inspiration to go out and copy. It's my my style of photogtraphy.
