What Canon 0.95TV lens is???

Hi friends...
Im looking for a canon 0.95 tv lens for M mount conversion, I found this one (never seen before one like this) so I have some quiestions?
- is this the Original state for this class of lenses?
- cann it be M mount converted??

It looks like a special purpose application that cannibalized a Canon 50/0.95 lens.

It would be very difficult to make into M-Mount, as it has no aperture control or helical to focus.

avoid it unless it is so cheap you can pop the glass and use to repair an intact lens with bad elements.
