I love the lens on the X100 series. Leave that as-is, maybe add some WR touches and the sensor from the 2.
X100F if they stay consistent. X100, X100S (second), X100T (third), X100F (fourth).
X200 rumored suffice about 2-4 weeks ago. Does not appear to be the same 35f2 instead rumor of a 28f2 instead like the x70, but w/ ovf/Evf design.
Personally, I was hoping for a 40 or 50 fov design. Since the 27 pancake came out, I've been using this in preference to the x100 anyway.. 40ish fov, since 40ish fov is my prefered.
Anyway all just rumors..

I would take a fixed 35mm f2 for a 50mm equiv in a heartbeat.
After a while in hiatus, the X100 is back in regular rotation and I'm enjoying it all over again. My desire for upgrades would essentially be the innards of the X-Pro2/X-T2 in the body of the X100T, and with a redesigned lens that is sharp wide open. This would be a significant upgrade in stills and video quality. In the meantime, I'm happy shooting my classic X100.
Personally, I hope Fuji relaunch it properly with many changes, including:
1. 23mm/1.7 or 1.8 lens, with better close-up quality than the current lens, and more micro-contrast.
2. The sensor from the X-Pro2, including the processor and all the image processing.
3. Weather sealing.
4. A new, bigger, better battery.
That's it!

24mp
joystick
wishlist:
weather sealing
leica q-style focusing tab (and move the aperture ring to the front of the lens)
no more built-in flash
if it has a shutter speed/iso dial like the x-pro2, it needs a setting to control iso through the rear dial.
Weather sealing;
A "snap" mode, similar to the GR's; or the ability to memorize MF mode's previous distance setting after switching back from AF; or a distance scale on lens (with a hard infinity stop, although unlikely). In short: a shortcut to focus the lens to a specific distance. I'm sure it's doable with just a firmware update...which is yet to come.
X200...FF...28mm FOV.
Now we're talking.
