What do I use to clean negitives...

Before I scan?

Wetting Agent?
Is there a "Film Cleaner" for finger marks (god forbid)

I just forget what I used back in the 70's when I had a darkroom.

Rule #1. Don't let them get dirty.

If Rule #1 has been broken I try in this order:

a brush
canned air
some PEC on a q-tip (which I usually regret)
the clone tool in PS.

That should bring back memories Chris, but I suppose it erases them as you use it.

Well, the canned air isn't working on "Dried on" dust From the lab

I've used the healing tool a lot too

That should work for the "dried on" dust from the Walgreen's 24 lab too.
