you look at a photo and your first reaction is wow!

is your second reaction to a/ continue to enjoy the image or b/wonder how it was taken, what camera was used, how was it processed?

Pretty much all of the above. I don't believe that B precludes A or that in any sense they are mutually exclusive. Rather it heightens it somewhat. As a photographer who routinely "fiddles with" i.e. post processes images I know how much work can be involved in producing the final image.
