What do you drive?

1988 Pontiac Fiero GT; I've owned it for 5 years now.

Help!

Help!

An automobile,

I find it hard to believe there are over one hundred responses to this question yet no one gave a single answer to my film question regarding TMAX 3200 & TRI-X posted about the same time?

I think people are a bit too attached to there stuff? Many gearheads? Motorheads?

Any dark room guys have a reply for me?

Thanks!

Hey you guys with the Honda Element...what kinda mileage are you getting? I wish I could get one with a giant roll back canvas roof. :)

Here are my Vespa and Element (far right)
I feel like a kamikaze pilot when riding my Vespa on freeway,
so I keep my Element for moments like that

I reliably got 26.5 mpg when I was in Northern Virginia, and on the highway unloaded.

Now that I am in the hilliest city ever, I think it's closer to 20-22 mpg.

For what it is the mileage is great (which is one of the reasons why I got it) but I miss my Acura Integra that got 36+ mpg.

The Element isn't the funnest thing to drive, being tall and boxy, and if I could get away with driving a small sports sedan instead I would go back to that, but Integras make lousy dogmobiles. As a dogmobile it is superb. I have the back seats out of mine and two crates lashed down in the back where the seats used to be.

'98 VW TDI Jetta (that's diesel for us yanks)
2000 Ranger Pickup
Lehman/Suzuki Intruder 800 Trike - my commuter vehicle

2002 Audi A4 Quattro sedan, with 5-speed manual and sport package, in silver with platinum color interior. The trunk has a compartment that fits my Lowe Nova camera bag perfectly, so I always have a camera kit with me when I drive. If I were a car, this car would be me.

JuJu, I'm sure you also transport the Vespa inside your Element?

No, I can't cuz' it weighs 326 lbs.
I can't picture that I can lift 3 X my wife's weight
However it has been done by some guy with a metal ramp.

Amazing how many Americans are driving "foreign" cars. Here in Jerusalem, we drive a 2003 Renault Megane.

However, my favorite car of all time is the '49 Ford with the flathead V8 engine.

Ciao, mike ;-)

That is because the poll is being taken on a site for people that like strange film cameras. That is a group of odd ducks to begin with. Another MINI-Cooper here, my second. I noticed someone on RFF with a REAL one. My wife and I are seventy or over and took my '06 Cooper S from Florida to Maine and back last summer and loved it.
