Got this roll free with a camera a while back.

Thanks!

Edit : images are huge, sorry about that...!

well, it's an ISO 200 b&w film in 120 format (how many films with these characteristics do you know?). and in the background, it looks like a premature christmas tree. but i guess you knew that already.

so, what is your question exactly?

Fomapan 200. (based on the color of the paper back).
Also, the usual suspects do not have 200 asa film.

I was going to say Arista EDU 200...which is, I believe, rebadged Foma 200.

That was quick...thanks!

I suspected rebadged stuff, but since I have little experience (and only with Kodak and Ilford film), I wanted to know for sure.

I might as well tag onto this thread.
I just got myself a Lubitel 2 and it came with a roll of (I assume) exposed film.

The characters on the red backing say: ЗKCПOHИPOBAHO (sorry of I butchered any characters).

On the small tape bit that is supposed to hold the roll together it says:

ЗКСПOHИPOBAHO
ЧEPHO-БEJIAЯ
ФOTO-130

The last line says Photo 130, which I guess is the ASA?

I would love to develop this at some point when I have my developing skills down. What kind of film is it?

Duh.

It has been too long since I shot 120 rollfilm. 🙄

Maybe that should be my New Year's resolution: To get myself a nice, used Rolleiflex.

That's ok. It's been so long since I shot roll film that I just remembered the "exposed" is usually on the backing paper. I think the label is a repeat of the film speed and type.

I recently developed an old roll that I had to use tape to close the exposed end because the label broke. I could only tell it was exposed Kodak Portra..I had to take a guess at the film speed, 160 or 400.

That's what I thought...I bought some of this film from Freestyle...
It has a green base color to it after developing...and the backing paper is a bit thicker that the others I've used...

I've looked up for this film on Freestyle site and...it's quite cheap! Interesting to know.

I will try it out later this month. Can someone recommend me an EI and/or developer? I have some HC110 and DD-X at the moment.

Dev info is available on Freestyle's site as a PDF download. HC110 is not recommended on the PDF , but they seem to have dev times for everything else.

The massive dev chart has times for HC110.
