I'm kinda curious about what focal lengths folks buy for each system, assuming they have both. I think it stands to reason that beyond 135, folks reach for an SLR. In my case, anything above 90. Likewise, ultrawide (fisheye) and macro are the domain of SLRs. However, there is a big gray area in the wides. For example, I read that a lot of RF folks use RFs for all wide stuff. I find myself encumbered by the additional finders and the inability to see accurately how everything is distorting wider than 25. I'm curious how you folks draw the lines in choosing lenses for your systems.

Oddly, I use the same lineup for my film Leica and and FF dSLR: 15, 50 and 90. I use other formats for the jump between 15 and 50 and for longer than 90.

I tend to have a 50 and 35 for both. I use the 50 more with an SLR and 35 is favored with a RF.

I feel you. I'm looking to fill the 'gap' on my slr setup. OTOH, that gap is exactly where I have numerous RF lenses.
