What happened here?

Another recent thread was about hazy lenses. This lens (Olympus 35RC) is perfect. But every once in a while a weird image shows up. This one I took outside of Trader Joe's in open shade. The sun was full elsewhere. It was developed at Costco (Costco FujiSuperiaXtra400) and scanned there too. Why so much saturation? I don't think the scene was this vibrant.

Could it be the operator's decision? I don't know how much they look at individual photos or whether everything is just on auto.

Probably auto with high saturation. It probably depends on the exposure. I'm thinking that a lot of overexposed areas will result in heavier printing density. You're also getting a blue color shift (from the open shade).

MikeL and RayPA, thanks for the response, it's not a big deal I just was wondering. Open shade is a good guess, and possibly operator. This is Costco but I know one of the operators very well, so possibly she tweaked it. I'll ask her the next time I have a chance. It is funny because the rest of the roll is normal. But then again the rest of the roll is shot is CA full sun.

My brain hasn't been working at lightening speed since returning from Turkey. But the above picture was taken at 250 rather than 400. Maybe that is the reason for the SuperSaturantion or the PhotoShop look. Something to remember if you ever want it. I did the same thing on a roll but the pictures were in full sun, I did get more saturation. Here is one of them:
