I hate the frame lines of my M7 in the way that the bottom lines of the 50mm and 35mm aren't complete, just two tiny marking on the ends with a big gap in the middle. My M6, M4-P and old M3 all had complete lines. I find it harder to compose with the M7 lines, especially with 50mm lenses but it's fine with 35mm. Anyone know if one can get the frame line mask swapped for an older style one? The gap makes me hesitate when framing.

Because I wear glasses, seeing the 35mm frame needs squinting. Leica should design a higher eye relief viewfinder to ease glass wearers.

Errr...
Leica did design such a viewfinder. It's called a 0.58x magnification, and it's a delight to use at 35 and even 28 with glasses.
